Welcome to QDee (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our web and mobile services, including account registration, delivery scheduling, tracking, invoicing, and payment services for individuals, businesses, and drivers.
By accessing or using QDee services, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any posted rules. If you're registering an account, you confirm you're at least 18 years and legally authorized.
Individuals: Individuals may request on-demand delivery services, including multi-stop deliveries, with real-time tracking and proof of delivery where applicable.
Businesses: Businesses may access additional platform features, including product catalogue management and upload, scheduled deliveries, and other business-specific logistics services made available through the QDee platform.
Drivers: Drivers operate as independent contractors and may accept, manage, and complete delivery requests through the QDee platform, subject to these Terms of Service.
Users may be required to create and maintain an active account to access certain services offered by QDee. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
When the payment is made and the pick-up is scheduled, you accept pricing and estimated delivery times. Drivers earn earnings transparently through our system. Charges may occur for cancellations.
Drivers must follow pickup and drop off instructions and complete deliveries with photo proof. Users can track shipments using a unique tracking number through qdee.ca.
QDee uses verified and insured drivers but is not responsible for indirect, delayed, or consequential losses. Liability for damage or loss is limited to the order value unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Users must not misuse the platform, upload prohibited items, violate transportation regulations, or engage in unlawful activities. Users are responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and accessible pickup and drop off conditions.
Drivers removed from the platform for cause (fraud, safety violations, or breach of these Terms) may not re-register using the same or materially similar identification documents, including but not limited to Driver's License (DL) or Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) numbers. Attempted circumvention of this restriction may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
We may revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of QDee services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from use of the platform or services may be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate local courts where applicable.
